She graduated from San Elizario High School, El Paso, TX in 2012. She attended Seward County Community College.She worked as a cashier and cook at the Kismet General Store in Kismet, KS.She was a member of Sigma Chi Chi.Survivors includeParents Roberto Varela Dodge City, KS Rosa Ericka Varela El Paso, TX1 Brother Ernesto Varela, Jr. El Paso, TX2 Sisters Claudia Varela Arlington, TX Mariana Varela El Paso, TX She was preceded in death by her Grandmother, Ofelia Avila, Uncle, Beto Avila and Great-Grandmother Martina Avila.Rosary and Vigil will be held at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Liberal, KS.Funeral Mass and burial will be held at a later date in El Paso, TX.Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm Tuesday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
