Thelda Dean Baker

Thelda D. Baker, age 85, died Friday, September 22, 2017, at her home in Liberal. She was born June 19, 1932 in Baker, Oklahoma, the daughter of Leland and Bernice (Harter) Scott.

Thelda Graduated from Eureka High School in Baker, Oklahoma in 1950. She married Everett Leon Baker on October 9, 1952 in Perryton, TX. They were married for 64 years. Everett preceded Thelda in death in February of this year.

She was a Homemaker

Thelda had many hobbies that she enjoyed including gardening, crocheting, and playing the piano.

Growing up she was a member of the Baker United Methodist Church.

Thelda was also preceded in death by Her Parents, 1 Brother, Walter Scott, 1 Sister Nancy Mendenhall

Private family Graveside Services will held for both Thelda and Everett at the Liberal Cemetery with Pastor Rex Petty presiding.
