Raychelle Elaine Kelly 70, died, Wednesday at the residence in Liberal, KS.She was born July 10, 1943 in San Diego, CA the daughter of Raymond Otto and Elaine May (Nelson) Summers. She graduated from Sweetwater High School in National City, CA. She was a resident of San Diego, CA before moving to Liberal 12 years ago. She was member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.She was employed at Liberal Memorial Library as an Children’s Librarian Assistant, Liberal Senior Center helping with Meals on Wheels and Sensitive Home Care as an in home care giver. She had married William Franklin Davis Jr. and on Dec 9, 1972 she married Lawrence R. Kelly at National City, CA. and he died Nov 25, 1996.Survivors include3 Daughters Jacqueline Davis Liberal, KS Christina Fielder and husband Gregory Searcy, Arkansas Laura Osgood Liberal, KS 8 Grandchildren Brian S. Davis, Gina M. Guyton, Michael G. Larson, Amber M. Austin, Ethan L.
