Michael Allen Albright

Michael Allen Albright, 86, died July 10, 2013 at Satanta District Hospital in Satanta, KS.He was born July 30, 1926 in Goliad, Texas, the son of Heinrich and Ethel (Campbell) Albright. He graduated from Goliad High School, Goliad, Texas in 1944.On October 7, 1949 he married Doylene Goodman at San Benito, Texas. She survives.He served with the US Marines during WWII.He was employed as a Route Sales Manager for Clean Coveralls in Joplin, Mo., for over 20 years. He moved to Liberal, Kan., in 2002.Other survivors include one daughter, Kay Burtzloff and her husband Danny, Liberal, Kan., and one grandson, Zach Albright, Sikeston, Mo.Preceded in death by parents, two sons, Michael and William Albright, one daughter, Carolyn Albright and one brother, Dalton Albright.A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.Memorial contributions may be sent to Seward County United Way in care of Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
