Luz Elena Aranda, 93, died July 16, 2013 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS.She was born December 5, 1919 in San Andres, Chihuahua, Mexico, the daughter of Margarita Rodriguez. She was the secretary for General Albino Aranda, who helped raise her.She was member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Liberal.On Oct. 22, 1938, she married Ramon Aranda.
