Rolla, KsJohn Raybern O’Neal, 66, died Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Southwest Medical Center, Liberal, KS. He was born March 31, 1947 at Midland, Tx, the son of James & Vida O’Neal (Harris). Formally of Texas and Wyoming, and a resident of Rolla, Ks for the past two years. He was a lifelong rancher. In 1971 he married Patricia Kay Laughlin, they divorced in 1998, continuing to be good friends.Survivors: 1 son Ryan O’Neal & Wife Tracy Burns, Wy 1 daughter Reagan O’Neal & husband Travis Sheridan, Wy 2 sisters Dean Uhlman & husband Rob Broken Arrow, Ok Shirley Stites & husband Russell Owasso, Ok 4 grandchildren – Mardi & Malli O’Neal Rhett & Tyler Fitzpatrick Long-time companion – Jamie Benedict He was preceeded in death by his parents, and sister Rabidene Heard Per his request, no services will be held.
