Guy A. Knarr

Guy Alfred Knarr II, 50, died Friday April, 15, 2011 at his residence in Liberal, KS.He was born August 5, 1960 in Pittsburg, KS, the son of William Alfred and Patricia Ann (Hughes) Knarr.He had been a resident of Liberal for the past 2 years moving from Elkhart, KS. He graduated from Franklin High School in Franklin, Tennessee. He had also attended Arapahoe Community College Littleton, Colorado. He was a self employed carpenter and a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and Alcoholic Anonymous and Narcotic Anonymous. On April 13, 2011 he married Jacqueline Renee Hartshorn in Liberal, Kansas. She survives.Other survivors include Parents William and Patricia Knarr Austin, Texas2 Sons Casey Ryan Knarr Liberal, KS William Allen Knarr Liberal, KS 1 Daughter Tasha Knarr -------------1 Brother Stuart Alan Knarr Oklahoma City, OK1 Grandmother Edith Hughes Gladstone, MOMany Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles. Preceded in death by Grandparents Guy Alfred Knarr, Lorna Knarr and John H. Hughes.A memorial service was he held Saturday, April 16, 2011 at his residence. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Brenneman Funeral Home.
