Doris Velree Randles

Doris Velree Randles, age 89, died Friday, July 26, 2019, at Wheatridge Park Care Center in Liberal, Kansas.
She was born December 8, 1929 in Forgan Oklahoma, the daughter of Cecil and Velma (Marvel) Hays.
Doris graduated from Hardesty High School, Hardesty Oklahoma in 1947. She then graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1971 from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
She married John Dean Randles in Clayton, New Mexico January 1, 1947. A romance of 72 years.
She was an elementary teacher in the Hardesty, Oklahoma Public Schools and a homemaker caring for her loving family.

Doris had many associations she enjoyed and was proud to be a member of: PTA, Home Demonstration Club, Society of Indiana Pioneers, First Family of Twin Territories, Daughters of the American Revolution, Sooner Crooners, Colonial Dames of the 17th Century, Colonial Daughters of the 17th Century, Daughters of Colonial Wars, Daughters of the Indian Wars, New England Women, Jamestown Society, Dames of Court of Honor, Daughters of 1812, Magna Carta, and Society of Descendants of Knights of the Most Noble Order of the Garter.

Survivors include; Husband John Dean Randles.
Sons; John H. Randles of Sasakwa, Oklahoma and Bobby D. (Debby) Randles of Locust Grove, Oklahoma;
Daughter; Jerrilyn Kay (Kirby) Beckwith of Hardesty, Oklahoma;
Sisters in Law; Annabelle Hays of Pearsall, Texas and Fontaine Hays of Guymon, Oklahoma;
Grandchildren; Marty (Danny) Shepherd, Dustin Randles, Amy (Wes) Rawle, Paige (Bobby) Tyler;
Great Grandchildren; Tyler (Julie) Cates, Trey Cates, Brooke Shepherd, Kelsie Randles, Connor Randles, Taylor Beckwith, Madison Tyler, Dylan Tyler, Logan Tyler;
Great - Great Grandchildren; Luke Cates, Aubrey Cates;

Doris was preceded in death by Her Parents; Brothers; Cecil Hays, Jr, Leslie Hays, Bob Hays; Sister; Sue Hunt; Sister in Law; Kay Hays; Brother in Law; Elmer Hunt.

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, August 10th, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Hardesty Community Church, 221 SW Crawford, Hardesty, Oklahoma, with Reverend Ollie Kinser and Reverend Ted Barker Presiding.
