Cynthia Jane (Chamberlain) Heeke, 70, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 21, 2018 in Liberty, MO. She was born January 26, 1948 in Rocky Ford, CO to Jay and Donna Chamberlain. She attended Hugoton High School where she took pride in being a member of the band and twirling all 4 years. She was married to Ron Heeke in Liberal, KS in 1983 and later moved with her family to Kearney, MO where she currently resided.
Cynthia found great joy in being a stay-at-home mom to her 3 children, taking care of her beautiful flower gardens and loving her animals.
Cynthia is survived by her husband Ron, a daughter Jayci (Willie) Hamilton-Stratton of Grain Valley, MO, her son Josh (Amanda) Hamilton of Fort Worth, TX and her son Kyle Heeke of Kearney, MO. She has 4 grandchildren, Mickey, Mayci, Kaydin & Layla.
She is also survived by her mother Donna (Chamberlain) and step-dad Arlyn Hanquist. She was the oldest of 5 and is survived by all of her siblings..her twin sister Claudia (Jan) Kilbourne, sister Carolyn (Bill) DeCamp, sister Connee (Richard) Rome, and her brother John (Kim) Chamberlain, all of Hugoton,KS. She was preceded in death by her father, Jay Chamberlain.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am at Hugoton Baptist Church on Friday March 2, 2018 with Pastor Pam Peachey presiding. The family will begin receiving guests at 9:30am. Burial will follow at Liberal Cemetery.
