Connie Alice Richmeier, 77, died Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Wheatridge Park Care Center, Liberal, KS.
She was born August 7, 1942 in Newton, KS, to Robert Page and Lillian Royston Page.
She Graduated Newton High School in 1960.
On September 16 1967, she married Gerald J. Richmeier in Hesston, KS. He preceded her in death on April 21, 2018.
In 1964 Connie graduated Emporia State College. She worked for Central Kansas Medical Center of Great Bend, KS, Wichita Clinic of Wichita, KS, and Southwest Medical Center, Liberal, KS as a Medical Technologist.
She was a member of the Hospital Auxiliary, Liberal, KS. She was the District coordinator for H.A.K of the V.F.W. Auxiliary, Liberal, KS, the American society of Clinical Pathologists and the U.S. Bowling Congress. She was Vice Regent of the Daughter of the American Revolution from of 2015 to 2017 and Chapter Regent from 2017 to 2019.
She is preceded in death by her husband and by her parents.
Connie is survived by her Son, Craig Allen Richmeier, Liberal, KS; Daughter Geraldine and husband Rick Moats of Wichita, KS; and a brother Virgil and wife Margarite Page of Hutchinson, KS.
1 grand son, Michael Lopez. 3 Great Grandchildren; Kalea, Michael and Jaden Lopez.
She will be missed by her miniature pincer “Millie”.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Thursday December 5, 2019 at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, December 6, 2019 at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel, Liberal, KS with Rev. Ted Stoeckline officiating.
Burial will be at 1:30 pm following the Funeral service at the Kansas Veterans’ Cemetery at Fort Dodge, Dodge City, KS.
