Christina Toscano

Christina Toscano, age 41, died on Friday, October 11, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas leaving this world too soon.

Christina Toscano was born on January 2, 1983, in Los Angeles, California to Jose Toscano and Josefina De La Torre. 

She was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. Christina's extraordinary dedication to her family stood as a testament to her character; she was a selfless loving mother who would move mountains caring for and protecting her daughters, as they were her life. She cherished her nieces and nephews dearly and found joy in showering them with toys, candy, and every small delight she could think of. Christina embodied kindness and compassion towards all living creatures. Even in the smallest acts, such as rescuing spiders from her home to release them outside.

A true lover of life, Christina had a passion for music. Her love for singing made her the life of every gathering. Christina Toscano will forever be missed, but her light will live on in the countless lives she touched.

She is survived by her daughters, Marina Magie Felix of Liberal, Kansas, and

Natalia Bella Perez Toscano of Liberal, Kansas,

Sisters, Angelica Toscano of Liberal, Kansas and

Teresa Meza of Liberal.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.

Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM, Thursday, October 17 2024, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM, Friday, October 18, 2024, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas with Reverend Charles Seiwert celebrating.

Interment will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the Liberal Cemetery.
