Billy Mac Campbell

Billy Mac Campbell, 69, died Thursday, January 4, 2019 at Southwest Medical Center of Liberal.
He was born May 21, 1949 in Liberal to John M. Campbell and Mary O. Riggs Campbell.

He attended Hugoton High School and graduated in 1968.
He married Paula M. Mills on March 12 1971 in Hugoton, KS. She died March 31, 2009.
Bill worked for 25 years for National Helium as Plant Operator. He also worked for the City of Liberal and Seward County Community College.

He was a car collector and was very active in the Billy’s Annual Car Show. He loved to attend the college ballgames. Being outdoors, hunting and fishing was a real treat for him.
He is survived by a son Kelly Campbell of Liberal. Brother: Steven (Marsha) Campbell of Hugoton, KS
Sister: Kristi (Ricky) Baker of Terrell, TX.
2 granddaughters: Kate Alexandria and Paige Addison Campbell
Sister-In-Law: Elda Campbell. Liberal, KS.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Ed.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the First Christian Church, Hugoton, KS.

Visitation will be from 9 to 7 pm with the family present from 5 to 7 pm Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at
Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be in Hugoton Cemetery.

Memorials may be made in Billy’s name to the Seward County Community College Scholarship Fund or the American Lung Association in care of Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd St. Liberal, KS 67901.
