Billie “Bill” Pieratt, 79, died Sunday August 23, 2015 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born February 3, 1936 in Gate, OK, the son of Forest Boze and Marguerite (Foresman) Pieratt. He graduated from Guymon High School in Guymon, OK. He had worked as a machinist in the oil field industry for most of his life in southwest Kansas and a few years in Venezuela. He was a member of the Hooker Church of Christ. On December 26, 1955, he married Jacquelyn Ann Rawlins in Hugoton, Kansas and she survives.Survivors include:1 Son, Gary Don Pieratt - Hugoton, KS 1 Daughter, Darla Sue Wilson and husband Art Wilson - Ft. Lupton, CO1 Brother, Jimmie Pieratt Guymon, OK3 Sisters, Wanda Grider Guymon, OK Judy Watson El Dorado, KS Kay Morrison Guymon, OK 3 Granddaughters: Rashell Grimes and husband Joshua of Fruita, CO; Andrea Pieratt of Castroville, TX; and Breanna Wilson of Ft. Lupton, CO. 1 Great grandson Trenden GrimesHe was preceded in death by his Father, Forrest Pieratt, Mother, Marguerite Pieratt – Chipman; 3 Brothers: Kelly, Bobby and Gary Wayne Pieratt and 4 Sisters, Jeanne Doyle, JoAnn Harris and infant sisters Judy Karen and Darlene Maurie Pieratt. Memorial Service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29th at the Hooker Church of Christ in Hooker, OK with Glen Walton presiding.A private Graveside will be held at Restlawn Cemetery, Liberal, KS.Visitation will be 9 am to 8 pm Friday at Brenneman Funeral Home.In lieu of flowers and plants, memorial contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association in care of Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901
