Betty Jeanne Dickey

Betty Jeanne Dickey, age 97, died Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at Good Samaritan Society in Liberal, Kansas. She was born on March 26, 1924, in Las Vegas, Nevada the daughter of Harvey Cooper and Thelma (Morris) Cooper. Betty Jeanne graduated high school from Woodrow Wilson High School, Long Beach, California in 1941. She was a Plant Manager for the Southern Nevada Telephone Company for many years. Betty Jeanne moved to Tyrone, Oklahoma and enjoyed attending the Tyrone Baptist Church. With grateful hearts we remember the ways in which her long life has been a blessing to us. Survived by: Daughters, Kollene (Jeff) Dunn of Lincoln City, Oregon and Kathy Felling of Melbourne, Australia Sisters, Sue Potter of Tyrone, Oklahoma and Thelma Robertson of Las Vegas, Nevada Six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and three great grand children Preceded in death by Both her parents, Harvey and Thelma Cooper Her brother, Thomas Cooper A private family service will be held.
