Beryl Marie Canterbury, age 89, of Liberal, died Saturday, December 21, 203, at Wesley Medical Center, in Wichita, KS.She was born December 23, 1923, at Craig-Saskatchewan, Canada the daughter of John J. and Pearl (Lander) McDonnell. She earned an Associate Degree in Business. She had worked for Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, Higgins Cleaners and retired in the 1990s as the manager of the Liberal Elks Lodge No. 1947.She married Cecil DHart Canterbury, on February 23, 1943, at Omaha, NE.
