Angelica Alicia Flores

Angelica Alicia Flores, age 48, died on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas.

She was born on September 17, 1976, to Emilio Frank and Angelica Lynn (Rodriguez) Juarez in San Diego, California.

She was the loving mother of one son, Juan Lorenzo, and one daughter, Evangelica.

Angelica’s journey into nursing began with her enrollment in nursing school. After obtaining her degree, she embarked on a career that would see her work in various clinics and hospitals.

Angelica, a beloved nurse, daughter, mother, and friend, will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. May she rest in eternal peace.

She is survived by her mother, Angelica Rodriguez and stepfather, James Lynn of Tyrone, Oklahoma,

son, Juan Lorenzo Chavez of Liberal, Kansas,

Daughter, Evangelica Chavez of Liberal, Kansas,

Two Brothers, John Paul Juarez, and

Emilio Juarez,

Sister, Silva Juarez, and

Nephew, Emilio Juarez IV.

She is preceded in death by her father, Emilio Frank Juarez.

Funeral Services will take place in California at a later date.
