In the next week, we will be back out in the local cemeteries engraving monuments again. It is something I look forward to every year. I have always preferred to work outside over sitting at my desk.



Of course some time has to be spent in the office and in the last month I've made some significant improvements in how we serve families. Our new online Collaboration Center is letting families use technology to play an even more active role in the funeral process. Soon you will be able to pre-plan for yourself or a loved one from the comfort of your home and the information is uploaded to us in real time.

New technology can be great, but there are certain things it will never replace. Sitting down and having a heart to heart discussion with your family is a "technology" that will never become obsolete.
